- Core modules will establish your understanding of methods and techniques used to optimise the people resource within organisations.
- Plus, you will also be given the opportunity to develop other abilities much valued by business: IT skills, communication skills, analytical skills.
- The focus of this course is clearly on the theory and practice of managing the human resource within organisations.
- However, it is also about developing you as an individual, ready for a successful career in business and management.

ENTRY REQUIRENTS
i. A pass in STPM, with a minimum grade C (GP2.00) in any 2 subjects, and pass in Mathematics and English at SPM level or any equivalent qualification; OR
ii. A pass in STAM with a minimum grade of Jayyid, and a pass in Mathematics and English at SPM level; OR
iii. Any qualifications equivalent to Diploma or Advance Diploma (Level 4 or 5, MQF); OR
iv. Matriculation/Foundation qualification with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 out of 4.00, or any equivalent qualification.
* International student are required to achive a minimum score of 5.5 fo IELTS OR its equivalent
NOTE : The passage of Mathematics and English at the SPM level for candidates (i) and (ii) may be exempted if the qualification contains Mathematics and English subject and their achievement is equivalent to/above the requirement to pass the subject at the SPM level
